  1. Hi,
    I got my activation code yesterday and got it installed on my Windows 10 PC. Unfortunately, the system refused to work with my printer. I tried to install it on another system with Windows 7, and it wouldn’t activate.
    Is there anything I need to do?

    • Number Machine Pro’s license is good for one install on one machine so it won’t let you install it on the second machine. Please call our offices at 1-800-944-9526 so we can confirm your order and either reactivate the current license key or issue you a new one.

      P.S.: Number Machine Pro hasn’t been tried with Windows 10 yet, so I’d be interested in knowing if the operating system is the issue or if it is just something funny with your printer.
